Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Security Officer role based in Rajasthan, India.

The Security

Officer will monitor entry and exit points, verify identification as required, and ensure only authorized individuals access designated areas.

Responsibilities include conducting regular patrols, inspecting premises for safety or security risks, and promptly reporting any incidents or suspicious activities. The role also involves operating surveillance systems, maintaining accurate logs and incident reports, and responding to emergencies in accordance with company procedures.

Officer will work closely with management and other staff to support a safe environment, uphold company security policies, and assist visitors, vendors,



and employees in a professional manner.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong observation, situational awareness, and attention to detail skills to identify and respond to potential risks.
- Candidates should possess effective communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to interact politely and clearly with employees, visitors, and vendors.
- Candidates should possess basic report writing and documentation skills to record incidents, prepare daily logs, and follow established reporting protocols.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms) and basic computer skills for monitoring and record-keeping.
- Candidates should possess the physical fitness necessary for standing, walking patrols, and responding quickly in emergency situations.
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications or training in security operations or safety are an advantage.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional training in emergency response, first aid, or fire safety is beneficial.
- Candidates should possess integrity, reliability, and the ability to follow procedures, work flexible shifts, and comply with local laws and company policies.
