1. Site Security Management Ensure overall security of the project site including materials, equipment, site offices, and personnel. Monitor entry and exit of workers, contractors, visitors, and vehicles at the site. Ensure adherence to site security protocols and access control procedures.
2. Supervision of Security Guards Supervise and manage security guards deployed at the site. Allocate duties and shifts to guards to ensure 24/7 site coverage. Conduct regular briefings and ensure discipline and alertness among guards.
Access
Control & Monitoring Maintain records of visitor entries, contractor movement, and vehicle logs. Verify identity cards and entry permits for workers and vendors.
3. Ensure restricted access to sensitive or critical areas of the project.
Incident Management
Respond promptly to security incidents, theft attempts, safety breaches, or emergencies. Investigate incidents and prepare reports for site management. Coordinate with local authorities in case of major security issues.
Material & Asset Protection Monitor movement of construction materials and equipment in and out of the site. Ensure proper gate pass procedures are followed for material dispatch.
4. Prevent pilferage or unauthorized removal of materials. Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with company security policies and site safety guidelines. Assist in maintaining emergency response procedures including fire safety.
Support safety drills and emergency evacuation protocols when required. Coordination with Site Teams Work closely with project management, contractors, and administration teams. Ensure security coverage during VIP visits, inspections, or key project activities.
Assist in maintaining order and discipline within the site premises.
Qualifications and Work Experience
1. Graduate / Diploma preferred. 5–8 years of experience in site security, preferably in real estate, construction projects, or industrial sites.
2. Prior experience in supervising security personnel will be preferred.
