We are hiring a result-oriented Healthcare SEO & Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) Specialist to grow our digital patient acquisition, dominate local search catchments across Surat and South Gujarat, and position our high-converting surgical packages at the top of search engines and AI engines.

You will be responsible for organic patient acquisition on Google Search, Google Map Packs and emerging AI platforms (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude).

### Main Responsibilities

AI Search Optimization (GEO/AIO): Create clinical content, patient guides, and procedure pages that prompt Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and other conversational AI tools to cite and recommend Dr.

Keyword Strategy for Specialty & Package Create high-intent keyword strategies for surgical procedures in General/Laparoscopic Surgery, ENT, Plastic Surgery and Gynecology focused on package pricing transparency and local search intent.

Local SEO & Map Pack Dominance: Improve our Google Business Profile (GBP), hyper-local citations, review tactics, and location-based keywords to generate high patient traffic in key micro-markets in Surat.

E-E-A-T & Clinical Content Match:



Collaborate with medical leadership to develop clinical content that aligns with Google’s E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness) and YMYL guidelines.

Enhanced Schema Markup: Use structured data (MedicalCondition, Physician, MedicalProcedure, Hospital, FAQPage) to improve LLM and crawler understanding of our surgical specialties and fixed-price models.

CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization): Optimize landing pages to seamlessly convert organic search and AI discovery into phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries and surgical consultations.

Analytics & Performance Tracking: Measure lead generation, cost per inquiry, local calls, and keyword rankings with GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO suites.

### Requirements and qualifications

Experience: 3+ years experience in digital marketing/SEO, minimum 2 years in healthcare, hospitals or specialty surgical clinics required.

AI Search Knowledge: Practical understanding of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and how search LLMs retrieve, extract and present medical answers.

Specialty Expertise: Solid understanding of patient search behavior and clinical language for General/Laparoscopic Surgery, ENT, Plastic Surgery, and Gynecology.

Master local SEO: Experience ranking health care providers in local Google Map Packs and geo catchments.

Technical Skills: Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog, Schema generators, CMS platforms (WordPress/Webflow)
