About the Role We're looking for an SEO Specialist who lives and breathes search - someone who understands the mechanics of ranking today, and is curious enough to stay ahead of how AI and search algorithms are reshaping the game tomorrow. You'll own SEO strategy and execution across multiple client accounts, working closely with content, design, and performance teams. What You'll Do
Plan and execute On-Page SEO: keyword mapping, meta optimization, content structuring, internal linking, schema markup
Drive Off-Page SEO: link building, digital PR outreach, guest posting, citation building, and authority growth
Handle Technical SEO: site audits, crawlability, indexing issues, Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile optimization, XML sitemaps
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
Track, analyze, and report on rankings, traffic, and conversions using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush/Screaming Frog
Collaborate with content and web teams to implement SEO-first content and site architecture
Stay on top of algorithm updates, Google's evolving guidelines, and the shift toward AI-driven search (SGE, AI Overviews, LLM-based discovery) — and adapt strategy accordingly
Present transparent, actionable SEO reports and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders What We're Looking For
5-10 years of hands-on experience in On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO
Strong working knowledge of SEO tools (GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, or similar)
Solid understanding of website architecture, HTML basics, and how search engines crawl/index sites A genuine curiosity about how AI is changing search - comfortable experimenting with AI tools and adapting strategies as the landscape shifts
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action
Excellent communication skills - able to explain SEO decisions to non-technical clients
Agency experience handling multiple clients/verticals simultaneously is a big plus
