Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Search Engine Optimization Specialist based in Gurgaon. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for conducting keyword research, performing on-page and technical SEO optimizations, and carrying out regular SEO audits to improve website health and search visibility.

The role includes planning and executing ethical link-building initiatives, monitoring performance using web analytics tools, and preparing reports with insights and recommendations. The specialist will collaborate closely with content, design, and performance marketing teams to align SEO strategies with broader campaign objectives and client business goals. The position also involves staying updated on search engine algorithm changes, industry trends, and best practices to continually refine SEO approaches.

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Keyword Research and On-Page SEO to optimize content structure, metadata, and user experience.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in SEO Audits to identify technical issues, content gaps, and opportunities for performance improvement.




- Candidates should possess capabilities in Link Building, focusing on ethical, high-quality backlink acquisition and outreach.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) to track, interpret, and report on SEO performance.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into transparent actions.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of HTML, CSS basics, and technical SEO concepts; experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms is beneficial.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Plan, implement, and monitor SEO strategies for various clients across different industries and niches
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization to increase organic traffic and rankings
- Perform technical SEO audits and implement best practices to ensure website health and usability
- Track, measure, and report on SEO performance using various tools and metrics
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, techniques, and algorithm changes
- Collaborate with other teams such as web developers, content writers, and social media managers to ensure SEO alignment and synergy

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience as an SEO Expert or Specialist in a digital marketing agency or in-house role
- Proficient in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, etc.
- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress and AI tools
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passionate about SEO and digital marketing
