Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Executive will manage and optimize client websites to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing keyword research, conducting SEO audits, implementing on-page SEO updates, and overseeing link-building initiatives.

The role also involves coordinating with the content and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied across web pages, blogs, and landing pages. The SEO Executive will monitor performance using analytics tools, prepare regular reports, and collaborate on social media marketing strategies to support overall digital campaigns. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar.

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Keyword Research and SEO Audits to identify opportunities and diagnose performance issues.
- Candidates should possess practical expertise in On-Page SEO, including meta tags, content optimization, internal linking, and technical SEO basics.
- Candidates should possess effective Link Building skills, focusing on ethical outreach, backlink analysis, and off-page optimization.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Social Media Marketing to align SEO efforts with broader digital marketing strategies.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword research tools).
- Candidates should possess strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
