We are looking for a Certified Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices, guide Scrum teams, and ensure successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and leading teams toward continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices.
- Remove impediments and help teams achieve sprint goals.
- Foster collaboration between development teams, product owners, and stakeholders.
- Track and report project progress, risks, and team performance.
- Drive continuous improvement and Agile adoption across the organization.
Required Skills:
- Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Knowledge of Agile metrics, sprint planning, and backlog management.
Certifications:
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Scrum certification.
Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile project environments preferred.
