Job Title: Scrum Master Product Development (Software Background)

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master with a solid foundation in software development and a proven track record in product development. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader who can guide cross-functional teams through Agile practices, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure successful delivery of high-impact digital products.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor development teams on Agile principles, ensuring adherence to Scrum framework.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
- Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions to maintain focus.
- Track and report key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) to stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and high performance within the team.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across teams and processes. • Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Support the adoption of Agile tools and practices across the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with hands-on coding background.
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a product development environment.
- Robust understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). • Experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II) preferred.
