Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to join our high-performing engineering team in Pune. In this role, you will serve as a servant-leader, orchestrating complex software delivery cycles and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across cross-functional squads.

You will work closely with Product Owners, engineering leads, and senior stakeholders to align technical execution with strategic business objectives. By removing systemic bottlenecks and championing Agile maturity, you will directly influence the speed-to-market and quality of our digital products, ensuring we deliver tangible value to our global customer base in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives to ensure team alignment and consistent delivery velocity.
- Coach cross-functional teams on Agile principles and self-organization to improve overall productivity and team morale.
- Manage project backlogs and workflows within Jira to provide stakeholders with real-time visibility into progress and potential risks.
- Identify and eliminate organizational impediments that hinder team progress to ensure seamless project execution.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to refine user stories and prioritize features,



ensuring the development roadmap remains focused on high-impact business outcomes.
- Analyze team performance metrics and Kanban flow data to drive data-backed process improvements and operational efficiency.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate mastery in driving Agile and Scrum frameworks within large-scale, distributed software development environments.
- Exhibit advanced proficiency in configuring and managing Jira and Confluence to maintain transparent documentation and project tracking.
- Possess the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, using strong communication skills to negotiate priorities and manage expectations effectively.
- Showcase a proven track record of coaching teams through transitions, demonstrating deep empathy and conflict-resolution capabilities.
- Maintain a mindset of continuous improvement, utilizing Kanban methodologies to optimize throughput and reduce cycle times.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, complemented by relevant qualified certifications.
- Adapt seamlessly to a hybrid work model, leveraging digital collaboration tools to maintain team cohesion and high engagement levels.
