About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead to drive agile delivery across squads working on AI/ML, Generative AI, data, and full-stack product engineering. You will partner with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, Data Scientists, Engineers, and stakeholders to facilitate delivery, remove impediments, track delivery metrics, and continuously improve team processes.

Important: Prior experience managing agile delivery for AI/ML or Generative AI products is mandatory. Candidates with only conventional software/web application delivery experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

- 1.

Facilitate

Scrum/Kanban ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

- 2. Remove delivery impediments and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and blockers.
- 3. Track and report delivery metrics including velocity, cycle time, throughput, and burn-up/burn-down.
- 4. Coach teams and Product Owners on Agile principles, self-organization, and continuous improvement.
- 5. Manage backlog readiness and facilitate collaboration between Product and Engineering teams.
- 6. Support delivery of AI/ML and Generative AI initiatives, including experimentation, model evaluation, training, retraining, and productionization cycles.
- 7. Coordinate distributed, cross-functional squads across India and UAE time zones.
- 8. Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tooling, and predictability.
- 9. Support RAID management, sprint governance, stakeholder communication,



and delivery reporting.
- 10. Maintain delivery documentation and reporting using Jira and Confluence.

Must-Have Experience:

- 1. 38+ years of experience in Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar Agile delivery roles.
- 2. Proven experience facilitating Agile delivery for AI/ML or Generative AI products.
- 3.

Experience working with squads building AI-powered features, chatbots, RAG systems, ML models, or similar AI solutions.

- 4. Understanding of AI/ML delivery cycles, including experimentation, model evaluation, data dependencies, training/retraining, and productionization.
- 5. Strong experience with Agile ceremonies, impediment resolution, risk management, delivery metrics, and team coaching.
- 6. Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- 7. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- 8.

Experience working with distributed/global teams and across time zones.

- 9. Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
- 10. Willingness to undergo background verification and work with meaningful overlap with UAE working hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

- 1. CSM, PSM, or equivalent Agile/Scrum certification.
- 2.

Experience in enterprise, government, or regulated environments.

- 3. Client-facing or stakeholder-facing delivery experience.
- 4.

Experience delivering production AI/ML systems or products.

- 5. Solid understanding of Scrum/Kanban and Agile delivery practices.
