Key Responsibilities

Testing & QA

67 years of experience in Software Testing.

Strong exposure to Manual Testing, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, API Testing, and Automation Testing(Selenium with C#).

Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.

Technical Skills

Knowledge of Selenium, Playwright, or other automation frameworks.

Understanding of CI/CD concepts and Agile SDLC.

Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing tools such as Postman.

Agile & Scrum Facilitation

Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.

Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum principles and best practices.

Coach team members on Agile methodologies and foster a self-organizing team culture.

Track sprint progress, velocity, burn-down charts, and delivery commitments.

Stakeholder Management

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, Secure Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.

Experience in Automation Testing projects.

Exposure to Azure DevOps and Agile reporting tools.

Experience working in global delivery environments.
