Overview: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Scrum Master to lead agile teams in delivering high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will facilitate agile ceremonies, remove obstacles, and ensure continuous improvement within the team.
Key Responsibilities: • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives).
- Ensure adherence to Agile principles and best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a transparent and prioritized product backlog.
- Track and communicate team progress using agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.).
- Identify and remove impediments to the teams progress.
- Coach team members on Agile and Scrum practice to promote self-organization.
- Foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
- Insurance domain experienced is preferred.
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
