Key Responsibilities

- Write engaging scripts for educational videos focused on child health and parenting.
- Translate evidence-based medical information into simple, parent-friendly language.
- Convert clinical guidelines into clear, practical advice while maintaining scientific accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with pediatricians to ensure medical accuracy.
- Develop compelling hooks, storytelling techniques, and script structures to improve audience engagement and retention.
- Write scripts for short videos and educational learning modules.
- Revise scripts based on medical and creative feedback.
- Work closely with designers and video editors to effectively visualize scripts.
- Ensure consistency in the PaedsCare writing style across all educational content.
- Stay updated with international pediatric guidelines and evidence-based recommendations.

Must-Have Qualifications





- Experience writing educational video scripts.
- Strong understanding of educational YouTube content and audience retention.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted research and writing tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity.
- Ability to convert research papers, clinical guidelines, and medical literature into engaging educational scripts.
