A reel lives or dies in its first three seconds. The hook is everything. We're looking for a writer who's quietly obsessed with why some content travels and some dies in the feed. This is entry-level, and we care far more about your taste and obsession than your years or degree. ROLE

This is an entry level role for a Script Writer based in New Delhi in a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility.

The Script

Writer will develop scripts and screenplays for short-form and long-form content across Glido Labs’ brand partners and in-house content IPs, aligning with each channel’s positioning, tone, and audience. Day-to-day responsibilities include brainstorming ideas with creative and strategy teams, outlining narratives, writing and revising scripts, and adapting content for different platforms and formats. The role also supports pre-production tasks such as script breakdowns, shot suggestions, and collaboration with video production teams to ensure smooth execution.

Interns will be expected to meet deadlines, incorporate feedback quickly, and maintain consistent quality across multiple projects and genres. WHAT YOU'LL DO

- You'll write short-form scripts across reels and shorts, going deep on one niche at a time.
- You'll master the hook—the first line, the turn in the middle, and the retention all the way to the end.




- You'll study audience psychology for each niche until you think like them.
- You'll collaborate with vertical strategists and the AI production team to bring scripts to life.
- You'll be part of a weekly iteration loop, analyzing retention graphs and video performance to make every script better.

SKILLS YOU NEED

- You already write for fun, for a page, for yourself, because this is a craft you practice, not a job you're trying on.
- You have a real feel for audience psychology: what makes a person watch, feel something, and share.
- You can take feedback like a scientist, not personally, and turn it around fast.
- You write with clarity and punch over flourish—you land a point in a single line.
- You're comfortable writing in Hindi, English, and Hinglish.
- Being early in your career is fine. Being early in your obsession is non-negotiable. NICE TO HAVE
- You've written for a page or channel before.
- You have a swipe file of hooks you wish you'd written.
- You're genuinely comfortable in Hindi and Hinglish, not just English. WHO THIS IS FOR
