Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Script Writer role based in Chennai.

The Script

Writer will develop original scripts and screenplays for video content, branded stories, and other media formats, ensuring alignment with project objectives and audience expectations. Daily responsibilities include conceptualizing narratives, outlining story structure, writing dialogue and scene descriptions, and revising scripts based on feedback from directors, producers, and clients. The role also involves collaborating closely with the video production team, participating in brainstorming sessions,



and maintaining deadlines across multiple projects.

The Script

Writer is expected to research topics as needed, maintain consistency in tone and style, and support the overall creative vision of each project.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Scriptwriting and Scripting skills for diverse formats and genres.
- Candidates should possess experience in developing Screenplays, including structure, pacing, and character development.
- Candidates should possess solid Writing skills, with excellent command of grammar, tone, and narrative flow.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Video Production processes to align scripts with visual and technical requirements.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in film, advertising, or digital content, solid storytelling and conceptual thinking, the ability to work on-site in Chennai, effective collaboration and communication skills, and a relevant educational background in Film, Media, Literature, or a related field.
