Responsibilities:

Order Placement:

- Initiate and manage the procurement process for goods and services as per the requirements.

- Collaborate with various users to understand their procurement needs and specifications.

Material Follow-up:

- Monitor the status of purchase orders and track the progress of materials or services being procured.

- Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and address any delays or issues that may arise.

Inventory Management:

- Collaborate with the branch inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels.

- Implement inventory control measures to minimize excess or obsolete stock.

Vendor Reconciliation:

- Regularly reconcile vendor accounts and statements to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.





- Establish and maintain robust relationships with key suppliers to foster effective communication and collaboration.

Key Skills and Competencies:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling procurement-related documentation

- Knowledge of supply chain management principles

- Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions

- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Other Requirements:

- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions

- Keep abreast of changes in regulations and compliance standards related to procurement

- Willingness to travel if required
