- Develop complex scientific content including abstracts, posters, slide decks, and manuscripts from clinical data sources such as study reports and protocols
- Ensure scientific accuracy, medical relevance, and adherence to branding guidelines and regulatory compliance
- Understand client requirements during project initiation; define SLAs and turnaround times accordingly
- Perform fact-checking and content development across multiple therapeutic areas
- Ensure compliance with pharma regulations and publication guidelines with authentic referencing
- Handle ad-hoc client requests within defined turnaround timelines
- Collaborate with medical writing leads, project managers, graphics team, and clients directly as needed
- Conduct peer reviews of junior team members' content to ensure alignment with client expectations
- Use tools like DataVision and PubsHub PM Solution for project creation, version control, and workflow management




- Manage publication timelines, set milestones, and monitor project attributes within publication tools
- Maintain consistent communication with clients/authors through effective written and verbal skills

Desired Skills:

- 7–9 years of experience in medical/scientific writing within pharmaceutical or medical communications settings
- Sound understanding of medical domains or therapeutic areas
- Passion and flair for scientific writing and networking
- Solid communication and presentation skills
- Ability to stay current with scientific advancements and apply them to projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Qualifications:

- M. Pharm / Pharm. D / Ph.D. / Any life science graduate with publication or medical writing and coordination experience
