Freelance Content Developer – Mentor Match Mentor Match, an online tutoring platform, is looking for freelance content developers to create high-quality, curriculum-aligned learning content for students in British. We're hiring subject-wise, so you can apply for the subject and grade band that matches your expertise. Open Positions (one developer per subject):

- Physics – Grades 6–12 (British)
- Chemistry – Grades 6–12 (British)
- Biology – Grades 6–12 (British) Key Responsibilities:
- Develop lesson content, worksheets, assessments, and practice material aligned to the specific curriculum and grade level
- Adapt content to the standards, terminology, and assessment styles of each board (CBSE, British, American, IB)
- Ensure accuracy, age-appropriateness, and consistency across all deliverables
- Organize and maintain content trackers and deliverables in Excel
- Work closely with the internal team, incorporate feedback, and revise content quickly




- Meet agreed timelines and quality benchmarks consistently Requirements:
- Strong subject knowledge in the relevant subject and grade band
- Prior experience in content development, teaching, or curriculum design preferred
- Good working knowledge of technology and strong Excel skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced workplace with tight deadlines
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Effectively use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar large language models) to accelerate content creation, while maintaining high standards of accuracy, curriculum alignment, and educational quality.

Contract & Compensation:

- Month-on-month freelance contract
- Fixed pay: up to ₹50,000/month
- Variable pay: up to ₹25,000/month, payable on completion of assigned work within agreed timelines
