Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Power Platform Developer with hands-on experience in Power Automate and Canvas Apps to design, develop, and implement business process automation, low-code solutions, and AI-powered business applications. The ideal candidate should have practical SharePoint expertise, exposure to modern Microsoft AI technologies, and experience building intelligent automation solutions leveraging Copilot and Agentic AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Build and optimize business workflows using Power Automate.
- Develop responsive and scalable Canvas Apps.
- Design and implement AI-powered business solutions using Microsoft Copilot and Agentic AI capabilities.
- Develop conversational agents and business assistants using Copilot Studio (where applicable).
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and external systems.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in solution architecture, development, testing, deployment, and support activities.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital transformation initiatives.

Mandatory Skills :

- 5 to 8 years of overall IT experience with 4-6 years of relevant Power Platform experience.

- Practical hands-on experience with SharePoint (Lists, Libraries, Permissions, Document Management, Integrations).
- Understanding of AI-powered automation concepts and modern digital workplace solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Client-facing experience with requirement gathering and solution demonstrations.

Good to Have Skills:

- Experience with AI Builder.
- Exposure to Agentic AI concepts, AI Agents, Copilot Extensions, Autonomous Workflows, or Microsoft AI ecosystem.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio Agents and Generative AI-powered business automation.
- Theoretical or working knowledge of:
- Dataverse
- SQL
- Experience integrating Power Platform with Azure services, APIs, or third-party applications.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Strong understanding of Power Platform governance and best practices.
- Exposure to Generative AI, Copilot, and intelligent automation use cases.
- Ability to design solutions that combine workflow automation with AI-driven decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Client-ready qualified capable of independently handling stakeholder discussions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or AI-related certifications are preferred.
