Your Role As a Saviynt Developer at Capgemini, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using the Saviynt platform for global customers.

- Architect, design, and implement end-to-end IAM solutions using Saviynt, ensuring alignment with business, security, and compliance requirements.
- Develop and configure Saviynt components including workflows, connectors, campaigns, attestation processes, ARS, analytics, rules, UI configurations, GSP files, and property files.
- Design, develop, and maintain HR feed integrations from systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, and databases using REST APIs and DB imports.
- Guide project teams on solution design, deployment, implementation best practices, and IAM governance strategies across multiple customer engagements. Your Profile - 9 to 15 years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 4 to 5 years of hands-on Saviynt implementation experience.
- Strong IAM domain expertise with proven experience in architecting, designing,



and conceptualizing Saviynt-based Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.
- Proficiency in Java development using JDK 21 (or applicable legacy versions), along with IDEs such as Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, or Visual Studio Code.
- Hands-on experience with Group Import Mappings for Active Directory, workflows, connectors, attestation, access reviews, analytics, and campaign configurations.
- Solid knowledge of web services and integration technologies including REST, SOAP, XML, JMS, database integrations, and enterprise application connectivity.
