Job Title: SAP Work Manager Senior Consultant / Lead

Experience: 8–12 Years

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Work Manager Consultant with 8–12 years of experience in SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), SAP Syclo Work Manager, SAP Mobile Platform (SMP)/Agentry, and field service mobility solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for solution design, implementation, support, integration, and migration activities involving SAP Work Manager, SAP Asset Manager, SAP BTP, and related SAP technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional & Technical Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end implementations and support projects for SAP Syclo Work Manager.
- Migration Support – SAP Syclo Work Manager, design and implement mobility solutions integrated with SAP EAM/PM.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from maintenance, operations, and field workforce teams.




- Configure and customize SAP Syclo Work Manager and Agentry applications.
- Support migration planning and technical readiness for moving WAMMI / SAP Work Manager from SMP/AWS landscape to SAP ACE.
- Perform technical assessment of current SMP/AWS setup, connectivity, authentication, certificates, interfaces, and integration points.
- Support migration execution activities including setting preparation, configuration validation, deployment support, cutover support, and post-migration stabilization.
- Identify technical dependencies across SMP, AWS, SAP backend, BTP services, Cloud Connector, identity provider, network, and security layers.
- Prepare migration runbooks, technical checklists, fallback steps, and validation documents.
- Participate in cutover, mock migration, dress rehearsal, hypercare, and defect triage activities.
- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution for production environments.
- Configure mobile synchronization, offline capabilities, and data replication mechanisms.
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, and Go-Live activities.

Integration Responsibilities:

- Integrate SAP Work Manager with:

- SAP PM/EAM

- SAP ECC/S4HANA

- SAP BTP

- SAP Mobile Services

- SAP Cloud Connector

- Identity Authentication Services (IAS)
- Support API, OData Services, and middleware integrations.
