- Strong knowledge and experience within SAP WM (min. 5 years) and S4H and a good understanding of related SAP Modules such as MM, SD, QM, PP-PI.
- Handling Unit (HU) Management specific to WM.
- Experienced in Inbound, outbound flow and monitoring queues.
- Experience with integration technologies and/or working with webservices and RFC interfaces such as Open Text.

Roles &

Responsibilities :

- As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP WM, you will function as a consultant specializing in SAP.
- Our responsibilities include constructing solutions and facilitating integration between our SAP systems and the IT infrastructure of external warehouses.
- You will join the agile team; External Warehouses.

Your responsibilities will include :

- Building and integrating solutions between SAP systems and external warehouse IT systems.
- Collaborating closely with the agile organization in SAP Supply Chain, including line of business, IT team members, and external vendors/WSPs.
- Demonstrate pro-activeness and ownership for tasks and take lead in deliverables in the team.
- Working with an agile approach to testing and developing to accelerate the digitalization journey.
- Developing, maintaining, and optimizing solutions related to SAP WM (S4H) functional areas.
- Conduct system integration testing (SIT)



and support on User acceptance testing (UAT) during preparation for external warehouse go lives.
- You will take part in improving the design of our integration template and IT solution for extending our supply chain with new external warehouses and improving existing solutions within our SAP suite.
- You will also be involved in dialogue with Product Supply colleagues and Affiliates across the global supply chain, ensuring that the solution delivered is aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
- You possess solid analytical skills, seek best practice solutions with respect to a standard mindset.
- You can keep the overview of the high-level solution and processes, but you are able to perform analysis on a detailed level as well.
- IT experience covering design specification, solution design, development, validation, implementation, and maintenance of IT solutions.
- You are fluent in both written and spoken English and can communicate clearly and efficiently with internal and external stakeholders in order to get everyone on board and translate technical language to everyday language.
- You will have the opportunity to leverage your experience with implementation of new warehouse solutions/IT systems and take the lead in rolling out templates.
- Additionally, familiarity with agile organizations, the pharmaceutical industry, and GxP regulations would be advantageous.
