We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) & Payroll Consultant with expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of HR processes, payroll operations, and SuccessFactors integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Payroll modules.
- Configure Employee Central including organizational structures, workflows, business rules, and data models.
- Manage payroll configuration, payroll processing, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Design and support integrations between SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, SAP S/4HANA, and third-party systems.
- Perform requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Support payroll reconciliations, period-end activities,



and production issues.
- Work with stakeholders to optimize HR and payroll processes.
- Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and user documentation.
- Support data migration and system upgrades.

Required Skills:

- Robust experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Payroll or SAP HCM Payroll.
- Knowledge of HR business processes and payroll lifecycle.
- Experience with Business Rules, MDF Objects, Workflows, and Foundation Objects.
- Experience in Integration Center, CPI/BTP Integration, or SAP PI/PO.
- Knowledge of EC Time Off and Time Sheet is desirable.
- Experience in testing, UAT, and production support.
