Roles and Responsibilities: Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP EWM on SAP S/4HANA, including incident triage, root-cause analysis, and resolution.
Support SAP EWM implementations and enhancements, including configuration, testing support, and post-go-live stabilization.
Manage application support activities such as change requests, release coordination, and ensuring timely resolution of warehouse operations issues.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to analyze warehouse/logistics process gaps and drive corrective actions.
Contribute to operational readiness by supporting cutovers, monitoring,
and knowledge transfer for warehouse operations.
Skills Required
7 - 14 years of relevant SAP experience (6-12+ years SAP EWM preferred)
SAP EWM (hands-on configuration and support experience)
Application Support (L2/L3 production support, incident/problem management)
SAP S/4 HANA (S/4HANA EWM implementation/support experience)
