Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP SCM Lead with 8+ years of SAP experience to lead and support SAP Supply Chain Management initiatives, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA implementations and rollouts .

The ideal candidate should have strong functional and solution expertise across SAP SCM processes and proven experience in managing end-to-end implementation/rollout projects, stakeholder engagement, and integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead SAP SCM functional initiatives across SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects .
- Drive end-to-end SCM process design, solutioning, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand supply chain requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Lead workshops, requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design, and process optimization.
- Ensure integration of SCM processes with relevant SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, and Finance , as applicable.
- Manage functional teams and coordinate with technical, integration, and business teams.
- Support project planning, estimation, risk identification, issue resolution, and delivery tracking.
- Review functional specifications and ensure solutions align with SAP best practices.
- Lead SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and standardization across business units and geographies.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to SAP SCM consultants.




- Coordinate with global stakeholders and offshore/onshore teams, particularly across European time zones.
- Ensure effective documentation of business processes, functional specifications, configurations, and project deliverables.

Mandatory Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant SAP SCM experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA .
- Mandatory experience in at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation and/or global rollout.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain Management processes .
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Robust experience working with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in SAP implementation/rollout methodology and project delivery .
- Good understanding of integration with other SAP modules.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST to support European business hours.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in global SAP S/4HANA transformation or rollout programs .
- Exposure to SAP Activate methodology.
- Experience working with multinational/global teams.
- SAP certification in relevant SCM/S/4HANA areas is an advantage.
- Experience in process standardization, template rollout, and localization.
- Good understanding of SAP Fiori and S/4HANA business processes.
