Role Overview As an SAP PPQM Consultant, you will serve as the primary functional expert responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing manufacturing and quality management workflows. You will work closely with cross-functional project teams and key business stakeholders to translate complex operational requirements into scalable SAP solutions. Your work will directly influence the efficiency of production cycles and the integrity of quality assurance processes, ensuring that our clients maintain high standards of output while leveraging the full capabilities of the SAP ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities Configure and customize SAP PP and QM modules to align with specific client manufacturing processes and quality standards, ensuring seamless operational flow.

Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects, managing the lifecycle from blueprinting and gap analysis to final deployment and post-go-live support.





Integrate SAP PP/QM modules with other core ECC and S/4 HANA components to ensure data consistency and process transparency across the enterprise.

Conduct comprehensive workshops with business users to gather requirements and provide expert guidance on best practices for production planning and quality control.

Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide technical support to resolve bottlenecks, minimizing downtime and optimizing system performance for end-users.

Develop detailed functional specifications for custom developments and coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of business requirements.

Required Skillset

Possess 7 - 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP and QM, with a proven track record of managing complex manufacturing environments.

Demonstrate deep functional expertise in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA, specifically regarding production planning, shop floor control, and quality inspection processes.

Exhibit strong analytical capabilities to map business processes to SAP functionality and resolve intricate integration challenges.

Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, translating technical SAP configurations into clear business value for non-technical team members.

Maintain a high level of self-discipline and proactive communication skills necessary to thrive in a fully remote working setting.
