Role: SAP Payroll Consultant (HCM) - US payroll Experience: 7-9 years Location: Remote Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end payroll processing for US payroll Perform pre-payroll validation, payroll execution, and post-payroll reconciliation Handle retro calculations, off-cycle payments, and adjustments Ensure accurate tax calculations, statutory compliance, and filings Post payroll results to Finance/General Ledger Support data migration, payroll balances validation, and YTD reconciliation Conduct parallel payroll runs, unit testing, and UAT support Troubleshoot payroll issues and resolve discrepancies Provide ongoing support during payroll cycles and audits.
