Your Profile - Skills Required :

- 912 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM with strong expertise in SAP Payroll.
- Extensive experience in SAP Payroll configuration, including Wage Types, Schemas, PCRs, Features, and Infotypes.
- Strong knowledge of Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Time Management (TM).Experience in payroll processing, retroactive accounting, off-cycle payroll, payroll reconciliation, and year-end activities.
- Good understanding of statutory compliance, taxation, and payroll regulatory requirements.Experience integrating SAP Payroll with SAP Finance (FI), SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), and third-party systems.
- Hands-on experience in preparing Functional Specifications and coordinating with technical/ABAP teams.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and production support skills for payroll-related issues.
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and Employee Central integration is preferred.
- Proven ability to lead workshops, gather business requirements,



and deliver payroll solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, client-facing, and communication skills.
- Experience leading teams and mentoring junior consultants.
- SAP HCM Payroll or SuccessFactors Certification is an added advantage.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project delivery skills.
- Exposure to Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
