Job Summary :

Experienced SAP OpenText VIM Consultant with over 8 years of expertise in SAP MM, OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), and S/4HANA implementations. Skilled in end-to-end VIM configuration, invoice automation, workflow design, system integrations, requirements gathering, solution architecture, and support for global enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and implement OpenText VIM solutions for PO and Non-PO invoice processing.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Configure VIM workflows, process types, process options, roles, exceptions, notifications, and logic modules.
- Integrate VIM with SAP S/4HANA.
- Support invoice automation, document pipeline processing, and OCR/ICC configurations.
- Prepare functional specifications, testing scripts, and cutover plans.
- Provide production support, troubleshooting, workflow analysis, and root cause resolution.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, ABAP teams, Basis teams, and cross-functional SAP teams.
