We are looking for an experienced SAP IBP Consultant with 8+ years of SAP experience and strong expertise in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP). The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and/or rollout projects, along with a strong understanding of supply chain planning processes. Key Responsibilities

Lead and support SAP IBP implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects.

Configure and implement SAP IBP modules including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, and S&OP.;

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand supply chain requirements and translate them into SAP IBP solutions.

Integrate SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA and other relevant systems.

Participate in end-to-end implementation activities including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Analyze existing supply chain processes and recommend process improvements.

Support data integration, planning areas, key figures, master data, and planning models within SAP IBP.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including SAP SCM, MM, PP, SD, and business teams.

Provide functional guidance and support during UAT, cutover, go-live, and stabilization phases.





Prepare functional specifications, solution documentation, and training materials.

Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project status updates.

Mandatory

Skills & Experience

8+ years of overall SAP experience.

Strong hands-on experience in SAP IBP.

Mandatory: SAP S/4HANA implementation and/or rollout experience.

Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain Planning processes.

Experience in one or more SAP IBP areas such as:

Demand Planning

Supply Planning

Inventory Planning

Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;)

Experience with SAP IBP integration with SAP S/4HANA.

Strong experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Good understanding of SAP planning and master data concepts.

Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work with global teams and align with European business hours. Preferred

SAP IBP certification.

Experience in multiple SAP S/4HANA implementation or global rollout projects.

Exposure to SAP BTP, CPI/Integration Suite, or other integration technologies.

Experience working in large-scale global transformation programs. Key Requirement
