Job Role - SAP HCM Consultant

Location - Paradeep (Work from Office)

Preferred candidate profile:

- Have minimum 2 years SAP/HCM experience, Skilled in implementation, customization and maintenance of SAP/HCM module and related sub modules.
- Should have at least 1 ETE implementation experience.
- Have advanced architectural knowledge of SAP.
- Strong knowledge of Business Processes in any kind of industry

Role & responsibilities

- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP HCM
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
- Experience on SAP human capital management modules including requirements gathering, planning and scoping, application design, configuration,



testing, deployment, and post go-live support.
- Experience of SAP S/4 HANA.
- Positive Working Knowledge on solution Manager 7.2 and SAP Activate Methodology.
- Comprehensive Functional Knowledge in SAP HR and a thorough understanding of the customer needs.
- Possess analytical abilities, communication and client Interfacing skills.
- Proven track record in SAP implementation methodology and should have skills in implementing practical Business solutions Leveraging SAP Technologies.
