Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP for Banking Consultant to design, build, configure, and support customized SAP banking solutions that meet complex business and application requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP for Banking, application design, software configuration, and banking process integration. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions while mentoring team members and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and implement SAP for Banking solutions based on business requirements.
- Analyze business processes and translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and project teams to deliver high-quality applications.
- Lead the design and configuration of banking applications to support business operations.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely root cause analysis and resolution.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP Banking modules with enterprise applications.
- Participate in end-to-end implementation projects, enhancements, upgrades, and production support.
- Lead technical discussions and contribute to architecture and solution design decisions.
- Mentor junior consultants and developers by providing technical guidance and best practices.
- Drive process improvements to enhance team productivity, quality, and delivery efficiency.




- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Explore and recommend new technologies and methodologies to improve application performance and delivery.

Required Skills
- 7.5+ years of experience in SAP for Banking.
- Strong experience in application design, software development, and configuration.
- Hands-on experience customizing SAP Banking solutions for complex business requirements.
- Strong understanding of banking business processes and financial services.
- Experience with application integration, APIs, and enterprise system connectivity.
- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application issues.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP UI technologies.
- Familiarity with ABAP debugging and custom enhancements.
- Experience with SAP BTP, APIs, and integration frameworks.
- Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- SAP Banking certification is preferred.
