About the Role Looking for an SAP Controlling (CO) IT Business Process Analyst to work on a Tier 2 SAP Support team. The role involves working with users to address tickets that may involve functional configuration, troubleshooting, data correction, and/or end-user training. The consultant will provide guidance to other Tier 2 resources, address end-user tickets to meet Service Levels, coordinate user acceptance testing, and own the tasks required to move changes into production.

Key Responsibilities

- Work as a team member of the SAP CO support team.
- Under general direction, coordinate, direct, and check the work of other business systems within the SAP CO support team.
- Work closely with business users to identify requirements and solutions.
- Develop complex requirements for process or system solutions within the business domain, leveraging multiple business requirements and gathering methodologies to identify business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Maintain expert product knowledge and use an analytical approach to identify best practice solutions and opportunities for improvements.
- Develop and execute plans and organize work to ensure productive delivery of results to meet business expectations.
- Coordinate collaboration between business users, other support teams, and the technical team to ensure seamless support to the customer.
- Provide guidance and analysis on system upgrades and technical improvements, coordinating with the development and technical teams.




- Gather and analyze business requirements for SAP CO solutions.
- Design, configure, and implement SAP CO modules such as Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Profitability Analysis.
- Product cost planning with and without Quantity Structure.
- Cost object controlling with MTO / MTS / ETO.
- Strong experience in integration between the COPA and BIBW modules.
- Provide end-to-end support for the entire life cycle of SAP CO projects.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure solution effectiveness.
- Conduct user training and create documentation on the use of SAP CO functionalities.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for SAP CO modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize financial reporting and cost controlling processes.

Minimum Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience with SAP CO configuration and testing within a global ERP systems environment or IT.
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or related discipline.
- Experience working on multiple projects and meeting project objectives in a timely manner.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience directly within a large ERP systems footprint in a global, multinational environment.
- Proven ability to understand business needs, build strategic partnerships, and document and implement software solutions.
- Experience with IDOC and Integrations.
- Experience managing relationships with 3rd party vendors and teams.
- Able to successfully manage core responsibilities independently or with limited oversight.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain critical thinking while balancing multiple tasks.
- Ability to work well within a team, focusing on building relationships with all project stakeholders.
- Proven ability to learn new skills and technologies, passionate about conveying knowledge.
- Strong understanding of SAP CO modules and their integration with other SAP modules, FI and PP.
- SAP certification in the CO module is preferred.
