Experience: 4 to 12 years

Location: Trivandrum Must-Have

Must-Have Financial (FI) - General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Asset Accounting, Treasury/Cash Management, Firm Banking

Controlling (CO) - Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Project Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Investment Mgmt.

Financial

Accounting (FI) Core Skills

General Ledger (G/L): Managing the main record-keeping system for daily transactions.

Accounts Payable (AP) & Receivable (AR): Processing vendor invoices, processing customer payments, and running automatic payment programs.

Asset Accounting (AA): Tracking the value of company property and equipment over time.

Bank Ledger: Setting up and managing bank accounts and reconciling transactions. 2.

Management

Accounting (CO) Core Skills

Cost Center Accounting: Tracking exactly where money is spent within departments.

Internal Orders: Monitoring costs for specific short-term company jobs or events.

Profitability Analysis (CO-PA): Figuring out how much profit different products, regions, or customers bring in.

Product Costing: Calculating the exact cost to manufacture goods or provide services.

- Integration & Technical Skills

Cross-Module Knowledge:



Understanding how FI and CO connect to other parts of SAP, such as Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Production Planning (PP).

System Configuration: Customizing SAP settings to match a company's specific needs.

Data Migration: Moving old financial data into the SAP system using tools like LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench) or LTMC (Legacy Transfer Migration Good-to-Have

Advanced & Future-Proofing Skills

SAP S/4HANA Finance: The modern version of SAP used by most top companies today. You need to know how to use its real-time analytics.

Financial Reporting: Building and reading financial statements, such as Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss reports.

Compliance: Ensuring your system setups follow global and local financial rules like GAAP or IFRS. Responsibility / Expectations

1 Experience working with Implementation

2 Experience working with SAP support projects - ECC
