Key Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure, and support SAP S/4HANA FICO solutions to meet business requirements.
- Manage core Finance & Controlling processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), Asset-to-Retire (A2R), Product Costing, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
- Configure and support GST and other statutory compliance requirements within SAP.
- Work on cross-functional integration with SAP MM, SD, and PP modules.
- Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare and review RICEFW functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for development and testing.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support go-live activities.
- Conduct end-user training, prepare user documentation, and provide post-implementation support.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors,



and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend SAP best practices.

Required Candidate Profile :

- 10 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant, including experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations and support projects.
- Strong expertise in Finance & Controlling, including P2P, R2R, Asset-to-Retire, Product Costing, and GST.
- Hands-on experience with RICEFW functional specifications, configuration, testing, and support.
- Valuable understanding of integration with SAP MM, SD, and PP modules.
- Experience in stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and business requirement analysis.
- Proven experience in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, or enhancement projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
