About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Funds Management (FM) to join a large enterprise SAP transformation program. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP FICO configuration, public sector financial processes, and end-to-end SAP ECC or S/4HANA implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP FICO modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), and Internal Orders.
- Design, configure, and support SAP Funds Management (FM) solutions covering budgeting, budget control, availability control, and commitment management.
- Gather business requirements, analyse business processes, and translate them into functional SAP solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams to deliver developments and enhancements.
- Perform system configuration, functional testing, integration testing, UAT support, and production support.




- Support data migration, cutover activities, end-user training, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with SAP MM, SD, PS, and other SAP Finance modules.
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders and provide functional guidance and best practice recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of hands-on SAP FICO consulting experience.
- Strong expertise in SAP Funds Management (FM), including budgeting, budget control, availability control, and commitment management.
- Hands-on configuration experience in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), and Internal Orders.
- Experience delivering at least 2–3 end-to-end SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Robust knowledge of integration with SAP MM, SD, PS, and Funds Management.
- Experience with Fund Centres, Commitment Items, Funds, and public sector financial processes.
- Experience with SAP Grants Management will be an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
