Role Summary:

Lead a team of SAP Finance consultants and analysts supporting a leading luxury retail client in the Middle East, acting as the primary onsite client-facing lead responsible for service delivery, stakeholder management, governance, SLA compliance, and continuous improvement across the SAP Finance landscape.

Must Have Skills:

- 12–15 years of SAP Finance/FICO experience with solid AMS delivery background.
- Expertise in Core SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Advance Financial Closing -AFC,



Event Based Revenue Reconciliation - EBRR), Basic CO-PS, Fixed Assets.
- Proven experience leading large SAP AMS teams and managing client stakeholders in an onsite role.
- Strong governance, SLA, incident, problem, change, and service delivery management experience.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and ITIL-based AMS operations.
- Good to Have Skills
- Experience in PAPM, FSCM, Banking (BAM/BCM/MBC), RE-FX, Tax & DRC, and GR/ICMR.
- Experience supporting retail/luxury retail clients.
- Experience working with Middle East clients and onsite-offshore delivery models.
