- About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced SAP Emarsys Consultant with a solid background in SAP CRM Technical (Marketing) and working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA. The role involves implementing and supporting marketing automation, customer engagement, and campaign management solutions built on SAP Emarsys.
- Key Responsibilities
- -Configure, implement, and support SAP Emarsys Marketing Cloud solutions
- -Design and execute customer engagement and campaign automation strategies
- -Integrate SAP Emarsys with SAP CRM, S/4HANA, and other enterprise platforms
- -Collaborate with business stakeholders to convert marketing requirements into technical solutions
- -Manage segmentation, campaign workflows,
email marketing, and performance analytics
- -Build and maintain data integrations, APIs, and automation processes
- -Troubleshoot functional/technical issues across the Emarsys ecosystem
- -Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities
- Must-Have Skills
- -6–9 years of overall SAP experience
- -Solid hands-on experience with SAP Emarsys Marketing Cloud
- -Prior experience in SAP CRM Technical (Marketing)
- -Practical exposure to campaign management, segmentation, and marketing automation
- -Experience integrating Emarsys with SAP CRM and enterprise systems
- -Minimum one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA project
- -Working knowledge of APIs, data migration, and system integrations
