- Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment.
- Worked on complex interfaces implementation in SAP CPI and SAP PI/PO
- Strong expertise in Design, Development and Integration experience of multiple end-to-end implementation requirements in SAP CPI and SAP PI/PO
- Good experience on full lifecycles of SAP CPI and PI/PO implementation, client interaction, interface design, development, troubleshooting, Go-live activities and post Go-live maintenance
- Having hands-on experience in SAP PO (version 7.4 & higher) Certificate and KeyStore management
- Hands on experience on complex SAP CPI implementation projects
- Experienced in A2A integration: Integrated various SAP (like SuccessFactors, ARIBA, Concur etc.), non-SAP and third-party legacy systems.
- Experienced in B2B integration using B2B integration cockpit, EDI messages
- Knowledge on various business models like Lead-to-Cash, Procure-to-pay etc.
- Experience in building integration strategies for customers having on-premises and cloud application systems (S/4 HANA, Success factors, Concur, non-SAP cloud/on-premises systems etc.)
- Good knowledge of other SAP BTP modules / Services.
- Always follow best development practices during implementation.
- Support other developers in their work to integrate existing systems
- Should be proficient to provide technical insight
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to establish a rapport with clients and colleagues
- Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
- Ability to develop new skills outside of comfort zone.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines

- The SAP Integration Suite Associate Director is a strategic role responsible for defining, designing, and overseeing the implementation of comprehensive integration architectures across the organization.
- The architect will work closely with senior management, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure that integration solutions are aligned with business goals and technology strategies.
- The architect will work for a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
- The Architect should lead RFPs, Hiring, Competency Management, KRAs (Quality, Innovation, L&D; etc.)
- The Architect should drive and implement GenAI capabilities.
- Agile mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Robust analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with good soft skills.
- Should have good design knowledge and be willing to research new solutions based on the requirements
- Coach others, recognize individual strengths, and encourage ownership within the team.
- Exceptional Interpersonal Skills & Ability to work independently and with a team
