Roles and Responsibilities

SAP Implementation & Support

- Lead SAP FICO, SD, MM, and PP module implementations, enhancements, and integrations.

- Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution across SAP modules.

- Configure and customize SAP functionalities to align with business requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless SAP integration across departments.

End-User Training & Documentation

- Conduct SAP training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders.

- Develop comprehensive documentation for SAP processes, configurations, and best practices.

- Work closely with business users to optimize SAP workflows and improve user experience.

Project Management & PMO Support

- Assist in SAP project planning, execution, and monitoring as part of PMO activities.

- Coordinate with SAP consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to track project milestones.

- Ensure SAP projects align with business objectives and timelines.

- Manage project risks, issue tracking, and compliance with SAP best practices.
