Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing (CI) Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI), enterprise billing and invoicing processes, billable item management, invoice aggregation, and integration with SAP FI-CA, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Convergent Charging (CC), and SAP Subscription Order Management (SOM). The consultant will be responsible for end-to-end implementation activities including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, go-live support, and production support.





Key Responsibilities SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI) - Configure and implement SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI) solutions.

- Configure Billable Item Classes and Billable Item Processing.
- Design and configure invoice creation, invoice aggregation, invoice distribution, and invoice variants.
- Configure billing cycles, invoicing schedules, and billing document generation.
- Support invoice simulation, corrections, reversals, and credit/debit memo processing.
- Perform billing reconciliation, invoice validation, and billing document monitoring. SAP BRIM Implementation - Participate in end-to-end SAP BRIM implementation projects.
- Conduct business requirement workshops and process analysis.
- Translate business requirements into functional solution designs.
- Configure billing and invoicing processes based on business requirements.
- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
- Work closely with ABAP and integration teams during development and testing. Integration - Integrate SAP CI with:
- SAP FI-CA (Contract Accounts Receivable & Payable)
- SAP S/4HANA
- SAP Convergent Charging (CC)
- SAP Subscription Order Management (SOM)
- SAP Integration Suite (CPI)
- Third-party CRM and Order Management Systems
- Support integrations using IDocs, BAPIs, OData Services, REST APIs, and SOAP Web Services. Testing & Deployment - Prepare Unit Test, SIT, and UAT test scenarios.




- Execute testing and validate billing and invoicing functionality.
- Resolve defects and support regression testing.
- Participate in cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare activities.

Production

Support - Analyze and resolve billing and invoicing production issues.

- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions.
- Monitor billing jobs and invoice processing performance.
- Support month-end billing cycles and invoicing activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

- 6 10+ years of SAP consulting experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI) experience.
- Experience in at least 2 end-to-end SAP BRIM implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of enterprise billing and invoicing processes.
- Hands-on experience in:
- SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI)
- SAP BRIM
- Billable Item Management
- Invoice Aggregation & Distribution
- Billing Document Processing
- Invoice Corrections & Reversals
- Billing Reconciliation
- Strong knowledge of SAP FI-CA integration.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration.
- Good understanding of SAP Convergent Charging (CC) and SAP SOM.
- Experience working with SAP Integration Suite (CPI).
- Knowledge of IDocs, BAPIs, OData Services, REST APIs, and SOAP Web Services.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.

Preferred Qualifications - SAP BRIM Certification is an added advantage.

- Experience working in Telecom, Utilities, Subscription, or SaaS Billing domains.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with SAP Fiori applications is a plus.
