Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Lead to-contract and procure-to-pay enablement using SAP Ariba solutions. The role is responsible for solution design, delivery governance, stakeholder management, and successful adoption of Ariba Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing, and Commerce Automation integrated with SAP S/4HANA or ECC.

SAP Ariba Expertise

- 10–12 years of experience in SAP Ariba implementations, with strong expertise in:
- Ariba Sourcing & Contracts
- Ariba Buying & Invoicing
- Minimum 2–3 full-cycle SAP Ariba implementations as a Lead.
- Robust understanding of procurement and sourcing business processes.

Integration & S/4HANA Knowledge

- Hands-on experience with:
- Ariba integration with SAP S/4HANA or ECC
- Procurement master data and transactional integration
- Tax, invoicing,



and compliance processes
- Exposure to Guided Buying and Supply Chain Collaboration is a plus.

Leadership & Delivery Skills

- Proven experience leading Ariba workstreams in global programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and supplier engagement skills.
- Experience working in multi-country and onshore–offshore delivery models.

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP Ariba certification (Sourcing, Buying & Invoicing, or Integration)
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology
- Industry experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Goods, or Life Sciences
- Exposure to SAP Fieldglass or Concur is an advantage
