SkillBridge Staffing is hiring a Senior SAP Development Lead for a leading global IT consulting organization. We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Technical Lead with expertise in SAP S/4HANA, ABAP, UI5/Fiori, and SAP Business AI to lead enterprise-scale implementation and enhancement projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead SAP Development teams for large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation programs.
- Review technical designs and ensure SAP development best practices are followed.
- Manage technical governance, code quality, and delivery across multiple development teams.
- Design, develop, and review WRICEF objects including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows.
- Develop and support ABAP on HANA solutions using CDS Views, AMDP, RAP, OData, and REST APIs.
- Build and extend SAP Fiori/UI5 applications and Fiori Elements.
- Configure and manage Fiori Launchpad, Catalogs, Groups, Pages, and Spaces.
- Develop full-stack SAP applications using OData services and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
- Work on CAP, RAP, Business Services, and SAP Business AI solutions.
- Review functional specifications and provide optimized technical solutions.
- Support SAP S/4HANA upgrades, performance optimization,



and future enhancements.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

- 7–12 years of SAP Technical Development experience.
- Robust expertise in SAP S/4HANA ABAP Development .
- Hands-on experience with:
- SAP UI5 & SAP Fiori
- Fiori Elements
- SAP Business AI
- ABAP on HANA
- CDS Views & AMDP
- RAP (Restful ABAP Programming Model)
- OData Services
- SAP BTP
- CAP Programming
- Experience developing WRICEF objects.
- Knowledge of IDocs, ALE, SOAP APIs, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, and Migration Cockpit.
- Experience with Enhancements, BADI, User Exits, Customer Exits, and BTE.
- Understanding of BRF+ and SAP technical frameworks.
- Strong code review, governance, and technical leadership experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- SAP Full Stack Development experience.
- SAP S/4HANA Upgrade and Migration experience.
- Experience working in large enterprise or multinational environments.
- Cross-functional collaboration with SAP Functional teams.
