Roles and Responsibilities :

Analyze business requirements, prepare technical specifications, and design robust SAP technical solutions.

Develop and enhance ABAP on HANA objects, RICEF components, RAP-based services, OData APIs, and Fiori-enabled extensions.

Implement SAP BTP extension scenarios aligned with Clean Core principles and enterprise architecture standards.

Leverage SAP Joule and AI-enabled capabilities to improve development efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance business user experience.

Evaluate opportunities for AI-driven automation, intelligent recommendations, and process optimization within SAP landscapes.

Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, integration teams, and enterprise architects for end-to-end solution delivery.

Perform code reviews, unit testing, debugging, performance tuning, and technical documentation.

Mentor team members on contemporary SAP development practices, Clean Core adoption, BTP extensibility, and AI-first development approach.

Project Experience

Minimum 10–12 years of SAP technical development experience.

At least three end-to-end SAP implementation projects.

Preference for candidates with SAP S/4HANA transformation,



greenfield or brownfield implementation experience.

Hands-on experience in SAP BTP extension and integration scenarios in large enterprise environments.

Preferred / Additional Skills

SAP Build Apps / SAP Build Process Automation exposure.

CAP Framework, Git-based development, DevOps concepts, Agile / Scrum methodology.

SAP Security and Authorization concepts.

SAP Generative AI Hub / AI Foundation understanding will be an added advantage.

Preferred Certifications

SAP Certified Development Associate – ABAP for SAP HANA.

SAP BTP Extension Suite certification.

SAP Integration Suite certification.

SAP Fiori Development certification.

SAP AI / Generative AI / Joule related certification or learning exposure preferred.

Required Soft Skills

Strong documentation, ownership, and team mentoring capability.

Qualification:- B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc or equivalent with 10-12 Yrs
