We are looking for experienced Senior Test Analysts with strong Salesforce functional testing experience. Candidates will be responsible for test planning, test case preparation, execution, defect management, and coordination with project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Review business requirements and user stories.
- Prepare test scenarios, test cases and test data.
- Perform functional, integration, regression and end-to-end testing.
- Test Salesforce workflows, approvals, roles, profiles and business processes.
- Validate integrations between Salesforce and other applications.
- Raise, track and retest defects.
- Participate in defect triage and status meetings.
- Support UAT and release validation.
- Prepare test execution and status reports.
- Coordinate with business analysts, developers and business users.
Required Skills
- 5-10 years of testing experience.
- Strong experience in Salesforce functional testing.
- Positive knowledge of Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.

Experience in test case design, execution and defect management.

Experience with Jira, ALM or similar test management tools.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
