Advaana is a digital marketing agency and we’re growing fast. We’re looking for a confident Sales Person who knows how to sell services, not just products.

Role: Sales Person

You’ll be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and hitting monthly revenue targets for our agency services. Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Pitch Advaana’s digital marketing services: Ads, SEO, Social Media, Website, etc to potential clients
- Understand client requirements and propose the right solutions/packages
- Handle end-to-end sales process: prospecting to closing to handover
- Maintain CRM, follow-ups, and daily sales reports
- Coordinate with the marketing and delivery team for smooth onboarding
- Meet weekly/monthly targets Requirements
- Experience: 2-4 years in sales
- Must Have: Prior experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is a must




- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Hindi + English
- Knowledge of digital marketing services and how to sell them
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field + office meetings
- Good at objection handling and closing deals Work Details
- Work Mode: Full-Time, Work From Office
- Office Location: Paschim Vihar, New Delhi
- Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Work Days: Monday to Saturday
- Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 per month {Based on experience + performance}
