The Salesman will be responsible for assisting customers by showcasing products from our jewellery collection, understanding their requirements, and helping them find suitable designs. The role also involves collecting customer feedback, understanding market preferences, and identifying product trends that can help improve our catalog. The ideal candidate should be courteous, attentive, and capable of building positive relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Show and explain jewellery products to customers in a professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Collect customer feedback regarding product quality, designs, pricing, and demand.
- Ask customers about the types of jewellery and designs they would like to see in our future catalog.
- Share customer preferences and market insights with the management team.




- Maintain a clean and organized product display.
- Assist customers throughout their visit to ensure a positive buying experience.
- Build long-term relationships with customers through polite and skilled interaction.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to understand customer preferences and provide useful feedback to management.
- Basic knowledge of jewellery is preferred (training can be provided if required).
- Honest, punctual, and willing to learn.
