Job Title: Salesforce Spiff Consultant
Experience: 5+ Years
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
3–7+ years of Salesforce Administration/Consulting experience.
2+ years implementing Salesforce Spiff or another Incentive Compensation Management platform (Xactly, CaptivateIQ, Varicent, SAP Commissions).
Strong understanding of Sales Compensation and Incentive Compensation Management (ICM).
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Experience with Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud is preferred.
Experience with SQL and Excel.
Experience with APIs and integrations.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
