Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
- 3–7+ years of Salesforce Administration/Consulting experience.
- 2+ years implementing Salesforce Spiff or another Incentive Compensation Management platform (Xactly, CaptivateIQ, Varicent, SAP Commissions).
- Strong understanding of Sales Compensation and Incentive Compensation Management (ICM).
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud is preferred.
- Experience with SQL and Excel.
- Experience with APIs and integrations.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
