• Hands-on experience with Apex, Apex Triggers, and SOQL
- Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience with Salesforce Flows and Process Automation
- Strong understanding of Lead, Account,
Contact, and Opportunity Management
- Experience in Case Management and Service Console
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce customization and configuration
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with external applications and APIs
- Knowledge of Visualforce and Aura Components
- Experience with security, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules
- Understanding of Salesforce deployment and release management processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
